The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 大场面大制作，印度片的快乐 又get到了，不用带着什么去想，就去看，也很舒服。

脱离实际历史，演员的演技都很到位，故事也扣人心弦。前半程的镜头晃动来营造紧迫感，有点头晕。 如果联系真实历史，给绥靖政策找一个角度来辩解的话——绥靖政策是给英国本土充分的备战时间，貌似有洗白的嫌疑。

的确牛，虽然剧情也就抗日神剧水平，但人家拍的水平高啊，离谱却很和谐。构图，节奏都很到位，配乐也不错，充满着印度味，但也兼顾了流行元素。

但選擇此時拍此片，導演的信息已經傳達出來了。

节奏很紧凑的一部电影，历史从来都是把张伯伦和绥靖政策联系在一起，这部片子倒是提供了新的可以加入分析的因素，但谁知道啊，这是一本虚构小说……
