The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     前大半内容我愿意给4星的，从看护院的角度看新冠，表现了小人物面对新冠的焦虑和崩溃等等都很优秀。但是从他们跑出看护院以后的剧情就感觉很突兀，就非要来点感情戏……jodie的演技我真的没话说，结尾的那段独白真的很厉害，这部戏所有人的演技都在线，就这个剧情，我不理解……

    表演真厉害，口音也是真的重，care homes在疫情中是真的惨。这类外观就像普通house的care home好像还真是不少，类似于社区养老中心，难怪剧中会说他们是居民而不是病人。
