The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 不知道為什麼想到逆光那兩句歌詞。離開釋懷很短暫又重來。吾心安處是吾家，人生後半程孑然一身的在大山大海中找一個parking place，看似淒涼的context但不給予評價。如此嫻熟的調度與情緒克制的演出，好電影。

首先让我联想起的倒不是泰伦斯·马力克，而是《愤怒的葡萄》，当然二者各自电影语言的分别可以说沧海桑田了。再过五十年或者一百年，社会会是什么样？电影会是什么样？谁知道呢。赵婷对非职业演员的调教看起来很有一套，而且不同于《骑士》的纯素人班底，弗兰西斯·麦克多蒙德那么精深的表演跟素人卡司们放在一起看起来居然那么协调，这个也挺厉害的。
OST用得很扣分，Ludovico Einaudi和电影的内容及氛围一点也不搭，毁了我好几次观影情绪（没有说Ludovico Einaudi不好！）
鸡皮疙瘩都看出来了，难以想象这么年轻的导演竟然能表达的如此成熟、克制、灵动、自由，如果在电影院看估计得哭
画面好美，羡慕这些行走在路上人们对人生看得很通透的想法。如果这部电影得奥斯卡，应该是最有诗意的一部吧……

电影四星，但因为导演之前的言语被连坐导致禁映撤档，那就打五星以表支持。
剧场版观影顺序：
我主要是真的不太喜欢科恩嫂… 真的很苦相啊，看了难受。如果换个主演，大概甚至还会列入我比较心水的电影list……

第一次真切从电影中感受到 原来一个普通人的生活真的值得被拍成一部电影啊 我们真的可以做主角诶
独立女性的公路片。天人合一。远离人群，却又无法脱离。
心无所属，永远是一个人的旅程。这一生，我们离别又遇见，在路上，却充满希望～
在这个潦倒的时代，她不得不逃离，即便些许留恋与施舍，也换不来心灵的慰藉，因为这是她为数不多的高贵。科恩嫂这个角色塑造得太棒了，影后有希望。
对于游牧生活的诗意书写，摄影配乐都很棒，但女主角的个倾塑造有点模糊不清，她的“在路上”到底是无奈之选还是自我放逐，电影并没有明确表达，如果单就一部探索心灵的公路片来看，还是充满诗意的。
