The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 小成本单一场景却高潮迭起，老爷子眼里全是戏，个人年度前五已预定。Mark Rylance deserves this！
感觉看了一部黑白老派70年代的电影。全片在一家裁缝店完成，太适合改成话剧了。开头的几个twist我还有点hmmm觉得嘴炮也太好骗了吧。结果适应节奏switch off把他作为一部谍战片来看以后真的非常精彩。演技设定剪辑都非常一流。

奥斯卡剧本提名保底。方寸之地见大阵仗，话剧的写法，一个个人物粉墨登场再一一退场，把黑帮你死我活的争斗浓缩在一间小小的斗室里，虽然有些情节上的小巧合（接电话之类）过于戏剧化，但小舞台大战争的戏剧张力使片子颇为精彩。

有精致感的电影，真真假假之间马克里朗斯演技真是神了；在疫情期行业萎靡的电影小年里都可以锁定一个个人的年度十佳影片了。

故事结构精巧，剧本非常好。反转有一部分猜到了。女主演技很灵。cutter最后那一剪刀真的很吓人，恶魔一样的神情和姿势！
除了主演，其他人的演技是真够差的。剧本是为了反转而反转，人物不太扎实。室内剧难拍，镜头过于干瘪，整片看完感到很对不起自己的时间。
于无声处听惊雷。波澜不惊的开头，惊涛骇浪的过程，最后变得意味深长。巧妙的布局，步步为营，所有人只是棋子，无法突破，只能身陷其中。喜欢
