A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.
Flodders (1986) is available on DVD in Germany in a dubbed German version in Dolby Digital 5.1. under the name:

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
松竹的献礼片，也是导演给电影的一封情书，确实只有山田洋次有这个资格来拍，虽然对比起他的作品序列来说，本片算不上出色，甚至剧作以及人物塑造，矛盾处理上都有点套路及表面，但看到最后获奖那份感言，突然就被感动到了，最后现实与想象相结合，在电影里开启了二次人生，以及看电影看到死，确实非常迷影。以“失败者”自嘲，但他本人同时也用电影实现了梦想，而且全片无不透露着对小津的敬重，对原节子的喜爱，以及对电影的热爱。7.6
谈起电影的时候，每个人的眼睛都清朗，明亮，有光。山田洋次执着影迷的手，一起写下这封给电影之神的情书。 “中秋节快乐，愿电影伴您入梦。”
剧本太无聊了甚至腐朽。有创新的稚嫩想法，没有落实的坚决信念，最后回归放荡的本性任其一生。理所当然地仗着他人的爱意和奉献而“过得幸福”，拾起来才华就可以一帆风顺，家庭和人生的失职则可以弃之不顾。洋次郎是带资进组吗（笑）
在电影里生，在电影里死。（片尾字幕都能哭一哭）一直活在过去，又一直关照现实。祝老导演长命百岁啊。🙏
老年组三人和年轻组三人在表情上竟有微妙的重叠。。野甜甜弹吉他那段狠戳，但好人都是男二不是吗。虽然翻资料发现泽田研二老先生年轻的时候好帅，但结尾致敬志村健确实让人觉得可惜了。
电影、话剧里的世界是多么富有色彩充满想象 而现实往往是残酷的 即使在这样的环境里 依旧保持着天真无邪是一种多么浪漫的人生观
3.5 其实并没有那么好，但依然被某种真挚表达的东西打动。就好像生活里你见到不那么会表达的人，甚至表达的东西本身也没什么稀奇，但依旧会被他的真挚纯粹感动到一样。大概是被真诚本身感动到吧？
整体拍的非常非常老套过时，让我感动的地方太少了，颁奖致词小感动了一下。整片差伍迪.艾伦《开罗的紫玫瑰》不是一点点，山田洋次这几年作品的水准降得太厉害了，本片每个演员我觉得都可以演得更好一点呀。无论怎么选择你都会后悔，你只能选一种方式后悔，人生就是这么回事。
看个电影到中午然后去咖啡馆吃饭，酒水解禁，点了杯热红酒配卤肉饭，文艺复兴的幻觉一下就上来了。周日。
看完这部，基本上算是和山田洋次导演告别了，实在不喜欢他片中演员的话剧般的表演方式，即使是之前口碑不错的家族之苦也是如此。况且这一部结构上也很有问题，青春、亲情、热爱、新冠，想表达的太多，又很蹩脚。
曾经许过的诺言都兑现了，以后在片场也一定会有人送来吃的喝的吧。
也是没想到，后半程狂擦眼泪，并不是因为感动，而是打呵欠打的…… 导演的内涵吐槽还蛮好笑的。气氛上作为今年北影节的ending也还挺合适了。
山田洋次这回有失水准啊，挂了个这么大的片名，却根本感受不到片中角色对电影的热爱，真心热爱电影的人，怎么可能摄影老师吵两句摔了个跟头就弃影呢？这也太离谱了。另外，最后看着电影死去没什么问题，但走马灯想的不是老婆而是女明星更是让我满脸问号。
以为会是迷影之神作，结果却像“作神”之影迷。2.5

完全是寅次郎的行事风格啊，观影过程中笑了多少次不记得了，但数了下，我哭了五次，或许每一个影迷都有在电影院死去的梦想，看电影看到死
单从平平淡淡讲个故事来说，我还是挺喜欢的。

情怀啊情怀！片场时代已远去，当下疫情笼罩影院艰难，电影人寄希望于灵活就业的00后，帮助我们重拾岁月中被遗忘的锐意创新精神，来巧妙弥补人生失意和亲情裂缝。掌声雷动！哪怕你是一个一无是处的老废物，你还有电影啊！
7分。山田洋次导演的作品，即便老土，但还是好感人。不过，整体好像两部他的片子压在了一起。
