The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 音乐剧+人性美总是治愈任何不开心的良药。女机长的嗓音出乎我意料，我以为会是沙哑烟嗓，结果是那么高亢清晰的声音。我想说me and sky我也可以听101遍。
整片励志感人。虽是舞台表演。但故事讲述非常清楚。可以想象很多画面。

看群像的剧不如看纪录片有趣。除此以外服装不合我审美。很平庸的剧。
偶然翻阅截图相册，发现疫情前期已有小道消息说剧组要来华巡演，那时的期待如歌曲本身一般昂扬热切。孤岛壁垒被打破，大洋之上是平等众生共同奏响的波西米亚狂想曲，灯光汇聚每一角落，借由新时代流媒，远渡重洋的温暖故事，在这个似乎重蹈覆辙的严冬给人以鼓舞。
遗憾因为这个该死的疫情没能看上巡演，希望世界尽快恢复正常。

220508，在这个疫情严峻的当下，在隔离的房间里，这部电影给了我太多的喜悦、感动与希冀。第一次看这样的百老汇音乐剧录像，真的是绝好的现代艺术啊，一方小小的舞台，简单的布景与道具，却生动地表现了这样一个饱满的故事，厉害厉害。
在恐怖主义袭击全球的环境中，来自一个陌生小镇的温情和善良简直让人倍感温馨动容，人性多么糟糕，人性又是多么美好。20年后，在全球矛盾越发冲突的当下，仍在疫情中挣扎的我们同样渴望着这样一抹来自远方的温暖，来自每个人的友好与关怀，尽力给别人带去力量吧。
