The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 虽然本片的题材并不新颖，依旧是和平拯救世界，中止仇恨的螺旋云云，而且几乎可以断言地借鉴了《金刚》与《驯龙高手》，但相比于《光年正传》这样的电影，还是有心得多。

毫无深度，所有的转折都是非常莫名其妙，让我看得不知道说啥？无聊，差。
剧情比较没有新意，但感觉海盗题材可以回炉了！
至少，给孩子们讲述一个相信善良，相信这样一个没有仇恨世界的童话，总不会是什么坏事。
时间线乱得几乎看不懂，男主颜值也有点掉分。
