The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 不喜欢宏大叙事，但永远为其中普通个体的故事感动。
不管是从特效还是大场面，这部电影都做的很好，场景逼真，令人震撼。很喜欢电影中“诺亚方舟”和“精卫填海愚公移山”这几句台词，每一位都是平凡人，是孩子的爸爸，妈妈，但在灾难面前，他们都会第一个站出来，他们都是平凡人中的英雄，向每一个逆行者致敬！
