平淡却不平庸，简约却不简单，大象无形，减法的处理刚刚好。摈弃猎奇和冲突，却深切感受到导演走进并了解了这个游牧民群体。围绕着女主对爱人和生活方式的执念，最后跟游牧民领头人的一番掏心交流，给本片的主旨做了一个回甘诠释。
习惯了流浪，便再也无法停下上路的脚步。整片给我一种忧郁的诗意，在西方式的框架下，却也蕴含着东方式的哲理。上路的勇气总要大过无房的恐惧，而家的意义就在寻找的路上。

景觀、光線與視聽之美讓我流淚，文本與對白的虛假無力一再將沉浸的我硬生生拉扯出來。

随便拿张地图看看吧：一块区域的地理范围是面，是广延的；地理建筑或地标则是由点构成，是紧缩的锚。路呢？它们只是“线”。
有人把赵婷和李安拿来做对比，但是好像赵婷更随性一点，这部就拍的很有纪实风格，不像李安的作品，还是有很多中国文化的影子。其实与其说《无依之地》讲的是美国底层人的生活，不如说是各种底层人生活的缩影，他们对着镜头，说出了自己的故事。不是无家可归，他们只是没有房子而已。
每一个在夹缝中生存的灵魂都应该相信无依之地的也有温暖
