The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事是十分优秀的，但是表现手法有些（印度特色），配乐简直是灾难，总体来说很好，也很羡慕。

感觉是八十年代那种叙事风格，正派反派的理想主义。
豆瓣评分虚高的片子里很多都符合几大因素：外国片，鸡汤多，少数群体，白左等 占两个就可以无脑五星。
坚持看了一个小时，实在太慢，而且不是毒打不就是尖叫，现实纵然残忍不公正，影片应该是有节制的。

一来感恩自己能投胎到有人权的时代，二来感恩信息发达让更多的民智大开。

印度电影和韩国电影敢于刺破黑暗的这份勇，真的令人肃然起敬！

影片的现实意义非凡，几乎可以忽略其艺术性，不同地域、不同时代、不同环境，却能让大多数人感同身受，除了来自真实事件的震撼，本片主创人员的专业素养也扎实过硬，其实难的不是敢不敢拍，而是在一部电影的时间内让人产生共情。
国产剧水平的节奏也没拖烂这个绝好的故事，天朝何时能有司法正义片？
