The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 对于这样一场必输之局，Aaron Sorkin挑选的中场戏和结尾高潮处在家的模拟论辩真的非常牛逼，从冗长而充满挫败感的整场审判中揪出了这两个闪光点，然后用力堆叠，可以说高潮戏80%靠剪辑，看起来实在太过瘾了。
信息量极大。现在看来，过去的辉煌岁月真的太牛逼了，无法复刻。
好看！就是Mark Rylance怎么越来越像赵本山了？
我們需要這類的電影，雖然在某一節點上屬於挑撥觀眾情緒的視聽手法，但是其電影所呈現的角度確實犀利的，值得人們思考的，也願意去挖掘更多背後的歷史價值的，那其實就是一部好的電影。
四星半，种族、女权、反战一锅端，很有奥斯卡相，如果不是结尾的“好莱坞式”结局，可以给五星。萨沙拜伦科恩不搞笑起来也挺有魅力的。
This is splendid cinematography. O how splendid! But somehow the story feels like self-entertainment to and only to an ironic level.

剧本真nb啊，那么多台词节奏一点没乱。给思想定罪是荒谬的，但一直都在发生
我敬畏历史上每一个敢于反抗和批判的革命者，他们是理想主义者，也是敢于用生命去实现理想的英雄。
没想到这种密集对白的戏码竟然比特效大片更过瘾刺激，热血沸腾，在唇枪舌剑中穿插还原事件，这种高能的对白和剪辑我之前只在社交网络和乔布斯里见过，居然都是同一个人的剧作，艾伦索金，记住这个大佬了。
可以感觉到挺好的，但是作为外语片这么大的信息量还是接受困难，只能明白个大概故事。不明觉厉吧
相當精彩的劇本和調度,角色設計立體演員也非常出色,由頭至尾相當緊湊,當中不乏很多精彩對白和對於社會上的批判,在此段時間播出,無論在美國或者是對此相當熟悉的香港,真是別有一番體會,Give me a moment, would you, friend? I've never been on trail for my thoughts before
“Do you have contempt for your government? (你是否蔑视你的政府)” - "It's nothing compared to the contempt my government has for me.(与我的政府对我的蔑视相比, 我的蔑视不值一提)” | 这个时间点上映真是太应景了，整个2020魔幻一年啊，如果当选最佳是不是也太表明奥斯卡态度了？虽然感觉奥斯卡也没在怕的。最后一幕太鸡血其实有点莫名。
节奏杠杠的，完全是某国某门学生事件的翻版，但敌国法律毕竟也有最后一点文明性，只判了五年，还能出来，在某国，估计第二年救火化了！
当然，政治官司暗藏了许多猫腻，不仅仅是美国的陪审团制度就能左右，1960年代的反越游行，夹杂了美国底层阶级各色各样的人物表演。

看完情绪激昂的和他讲起60年代美国的民权运动黑人运动反越战性解放讲得唾沫横飞 讲国家权力和freedom of speech的矛盾讲政府机器和媒体的媾合 他耐心的听了半天后说 怎么不见你对自己国家的历史这么有热情有兴趣 我哑口无言。不是我没兴趣也不是我不够热情啊亲爱的
