The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. A musical about making a musical
大概是年度最佳音乐剧吧，扎实、流畅，在传记片中加入了对时间和生命的探讨，只不过爱情线一如既往的无聊。

有点难代入，Jon本身的经历比较令人唏嘘。
两代才子惺惺相惜的隔空致意。加菲尔德太棒了。

不错的音乐剧，虽然不如《爱乐》，惊讶于加菲的表演，竟然唱得这么好~
很多即兴音乐段落很棒，甚至有几段相当天才。4星。
轻易就能妥协
音乐剧人致敬音乐剧人，本片也改编自拉森的音乐剧自传。节奏和情绪演绎（真人与音乐段落跳接）很有趣，可惜没在大屏幕看，但感觉看现场最合适。印象最深是和女友争吵那场戏。
昨天喝醉了，迷蒙中我写下了这么一句话——“我还能有艺术的感知力吗？我不想丢失，我想痛哭，我想为它而死去”，看完这部电影之后我想我大概不会丢失。艺术是黯淡的星光，艺术是爆裂的花火，艺术也许是唯一的一条捷径，让你离真实的自己越来越近。
艺术创作等于燃烧生命，mediocre没有火。
主题和《爱乐之城》还挺相似，有优点，但都不是源自类型魅力，歌舞部分实在不太行
和醉乡民谣、爱乐之城相比，这部可能缺少些沉淀和让我感动激动的东西，歌词过于接地气，好听的歌曲不是太多，故事有点单薄。
摸不着头脑的前30分钟过去之后
艺术家的半自传式音乐剧，节奏与嵌套的结构挺有趣，连对音乐不很敏感的我都不觉得很闷。
