The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     导演明显有过比较不错的电影教育，所以一开始在拿到镜子的题材之后能够调动自己的学习经验搞出一点行活，不过也只够撑半个小时。角色为什么要对着镜子喊一个名字五次，除了猎奇导演给不出任何理由，所以看起来每个死者都巨蠢无比，特别是中间厕所里的高中生，为了水时长真的是辛苦了。本来艺术主题就悬浮感严重，想硬塞点种族议题，结果连待拆除的黑人街区都不敢拍的破败一点，是生怕破坏自己的精致美感吗？剧情更是鬼扯，绑架女主角的用意我用脚指头都想不明白。恶灵杀人的逻辑到底在哪，连个基本设定都把握不住，你拍个屁冤魂。

    遵Stuckmann旨意去电影院看的，还花的全票价，觉得挺开心的，并从此以后开始祛除此类影片的Chickflick标签（Stuckmann男士说他也喜欢看RomCom）。

    整体节奏很紧凑的电影，前半段悬念的铺垫很到位，后半段真相逐渐揭晓后直接变黑人爽片了，太过直白导致后劲不够。补充两个喜欢的细节：看到黑暗地道直接把门关上拒绝作死的女主（打破恐怖片剧情俗套）& 游戏玩到一半夺门而逃的亚裔女生（亚裔在黑白种族冲突间的缺席）其实还是不错的片子，从三星改四星吧。
