The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 黑石碑、文明、毁灭、80～90年代B级恐怖片的复古质感，我看不懂，但我大受震撼。
动画做出了许多真人无法通过演绎表达的东西，怪诞的作画也能看出许多对人类的隐喻，可整部电影的连贯性并不强，前半部分的惊艳到了最后也变成了空虚。
你看到草扎小人的不幸，你以为自己可以置身度外；你被抓住并被解剖，你以为自己只是倒霉，但其实你自始至终都是生产链上的一环。
疯了，神经兮兮又恶心得不得了的定格动画，隐喻的东西不好妄加猜测。

两个男主之间 太有感觉的，那一根一起抽的烟，闹翻后几年不见依旧觉得你会选择帮助我。电影该有的紧张和氛围我觉得都很到位，故事很流畅很舒服

如果非要拿出一个很显而易见的故事主线，似乎有点太难。内容过于丰富神奇并且荒诞。非要夸一夸的话，只能说动画才是电影想象力的边界。
