The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看过的第一部电影形式的歌舞剧，911并没在我年少的记忆力留下只字片语，简单被归类为“其他国家”“恐怖袭击”，却从未想过其他连锁事件还有如此影响力。一方舞台，十几演员，多想让世界就此停止旋转。人之所以称为人，人性虽不分国籍，但只有在灾难前才能彰显。

几千旅客因为911滞留小镇的故事。说是音乐剧改编但更像是音乐剧录像。情节简单，音乐不错。
最感人的永远是陌生人的善意，最动人的永远是旅途中的意外。
不论你信奉的是哪个神，不论你的人种国籍与性向，在这个不锁门的小岛上，我们都脱下外表的装饰，回归为相互照拂的人类，回归成关心其他生物的一个普通物种。

表白机长《Me and the Sky 》太好听
911过后不得不临时停靠在一个小岛上的众多航班，7000多个乘客和9000多个小岛居民的相知相处故事。大难来临造就的意外邂逅，各种语言、宗教、文化，甚至物种的碰撞，很多幽默和感动。
看完后，国内的音乐剧差的不是一点，唉～还怎么进剧场！！
这才是纪念 911 的最好选材方式，受灾的是平民，也讲平民叙事。世界以痛吻我，我却报之以歌。哪里有黑暗哪里就有光明，哪里有悲伤哪里就有快乐。受限于戏剧的形式很多地方还是要做过多解释，稍显拖沓，改编成电影一定会更好的。
是优秀的作品，但不是我会喜欢的音乐剧。里面从舞台后方向前拍的段落挺意外的。
