Richard Hardy, a hardworking stockbroker, labors overtime to keep up with the ruinous bills incurred by his beautiful but irresponsible wife Edith, a venal, spoiled socialite who is impervious to his pleas for fiscal restraint. Acting on what she believes to be an insider information, she impulsively embezzles $10,000 from the Red Cross charity she chairs for a stock tip. When she finds the money has been lost, she desperately turns to a Japanese ivory trader with whom she has been thoughtlessly flirting and persuades him to replace the money in exchange for an assignation. When her husband's long-awaited business deal finally materializes, she desperately tries to withdraw from their agreement by replacing the money. Angered and disappointed with her resistance to his advances, he uses a branding device to mark her shoulder as his property. Feeling violated, Edith shoots him in the shoulder and leaves. 绝了，年度最佳。无字幕看了一遍，英字看了一遍，中字又看了两遍。
同性恋加宗教多少有点老套，没想到国外同性青春片还在讨论这种情况。不过女主好看，勉强可以给个3星，
花钱买来看的当然四分 两女主颜值很高 刻板的青少年拉拉懵懂的感情 一下子让人回到少年时代（那时候我也并没有弯）
但依然不可否认它是部不错的青春片，甚至是今年最好的之一
和国内大多数青春无脑恋爱片一比，简直是鹤立鸡群，自然就高分咯
不婚不育 永葆青春…Marika最后得到想要的答案又有什么意义呢 即使是心里想要的 也已经回不去了 不要妥协啦！
我无法理解这些感情到底是怎么发生的又怎么进展的。整个剧情对我而言很无聊，充满着不理解的色彩。
冬天、钢琴、画画、逼婚、be、限定的时间与环境，以及“那张照片中的岛屿是你最想要去的吗”，可以说是把女同片拍过的又全拍了一边。众所周知，标准答案是不可能有错的，但也不会拿高分，因为我还是希望看到期待视野以外的惊喜。与所有剧作者共勉。

不喜欢宗教题材，看着很压抑；画风和配乐还是很美的。两位演员太有性张力了，吻戏拍得好棒！个人觉得是dead ending……（Jamie简直是理想型）

片子是好看的 有落泪 但既背叛了宗教也背叛了爱情 虽然意料之中 但结局我不是特别喜欢 但片子值得五🌟

烧女后比较喜欢的一部，宗教背景下的禁忌之恋（爱的力量很强大，让她们彼此爱上；爱的力量又不够强大，让她们在爱里分离），谁不爱青春期的悸动啊…厕所的背后抱，夜晚的背后抱，不放我走吗，浴缸洗礼，车内潮湿的吻…在Jamie身上看到自己的影子，但多年过去，生活截然不同的两个人，彼此仍记挂彼此的爱情难寻。
最后差点哭了。也就是年度最佳吧。这才是我们需要的lesbian movie。两位的火花已经溢出屏幕了。性张力真的爆棚。我需要一些时间缓缓，在看完以后。😭
