It focuses on the residents of these neighborhoods without cloth and without resources where most of the native population of Shanghai Lodge . 《廊桥遗梦》后最温柔的伊斯特伍德，没有了野心和热血，只有一个耄耋老者的娓娓道来。结尾那段话借角色回首自己辉煌的一生，眼前又浮现出《黄金三镖客》里那个叼着烟卷的牛仔。东木，请继续拍下去。
够潦草，也够敷衍，估计东木的精力也的确无法保证影片的高质量了，自然规律无法避免。

关于“自身”重现的一切，反复演绎的永远听不腻的故事的重述
一些瑕疵在91岁的老爷子面前都不算什么了。
故事创意是有意思的，但是情节主线也太冗长了，人物的动机在第一幕以后完全丢失，东木走的虽然仍旧是反类型片的塑造，但仍就是西部片的内核，一个英雄到达一个小镇改变了当地人并落寞孤独离开，只不过最后东木选择了回归小镇和西班牙女人重聚，但实在是乏善可陈。相比起导演天王山之作《不可饶恕》还是差强人意。不过还是希望老爷子可以一直拍下去·····
本该是他最擅长的西部公路片，但节奏很缓慢，并不出彩。东木老爷子的确是老了，老到驯服野马只能使用远景替身+本人上身近景的方式呈现，就连说台词和走路都有一种无力感。
30年生人，今年已经92岁的伊斯特伍德，竟然还能拍电影，这是多么不可思议啊！
治愈啊！典型的东木大爷西部公路片，在路途中完成自我的找寻和定义！
