The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 比预期好看，庭审戏能显出索金的优势，整体比较工整，但题材如此也难有花样，剪辑还挺犀利，Sacha最佳。整个审判就是一场political show，被告是chosen ones，不同群体可以在相同的外部压迫下站在一起。再看看当下，希望不灭吧，the whole world is watching
🐂🍺，有意思的是虽然最后他们被判了刑，但是这个刑的力量真是太弱了相较他们而言。法律仿佛成了一个被人操控的小丑，渺小的可怜。权利之人想展示他们的强权地位之力，却自损八千，着实可笑。
每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。

理想和灯塔常有，但成为灯塔的理想不常有。民主和理性常有，但理性的民主不常有。体制和进步常有，但体制的进步不常有。
导演和编剧大写的厉害，这种高频对白的电影实际上非常不好处理。再加上巨星云集，真是太鸡血了！

囧瑟夫饰演的公诉人也站在控方立场表现出了最大的公正和敬意
感受到索金大神找到了自己的节奏，输出爆炸却张弛有度，内容多到这个地步却没有落入冗杂。撕开黑夜的人在结尾都渐渐露出了另一个自己，Tom的强硬、Abbie的肃然、David的挥拳、Schultz的敬意，只有傲慢与固执从一而终，永不变形。2020看起来很适合这部电影，50年后世界，侮辱与损害还在，壁垒与龌龊还在，硝烟与热血也还在。
