The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 群像戏演得很好，很多主题，很正向，也很多泪点。人类的悲歌总会伴随着赞歌。
第一看这种类型的音乐剧，没有经典音乐剧耳熟能详、令人心潮澎湃的唱段，也没有《汉密尔顿》《Six》那样流行得抓耳又抓眼，扣准现代大众审美，相比之下它的故事铺开得有点平淡写实，但这样的节奏和画面又并不无趣。
原来还有这样一段历史。演员都好出色，音乐都很好听。哎还是希望love & peace吧

音乐剧+人性美总是治愈任何不开心的良药。女机长的嗓音出乎我意料，我以为会是沙哑烟嗓，结果是那么高亢清晰的声音。我想说me and sky我也可以听101遍。
它对这件事的表达不伤、不煽，也不那么戏剧，反而是贴近日常生活的平实温和。
看完现场之后补标，为原卡女机长加一星。 / 近景少了很多舞台细节，但演员的表演更有感染力。片头和片尾都有一点感动。
这种灾难背后，芸芸众生所呈现的善意和温暖，怎能让人不喜欢。
