The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? it's all about recovery and salvation. 能够关照到911之后第二天的日子和远离纽约的加拿大小镇 这个视角太绝了 人文关怀就是如此。当初在伦敦没能看到现场版太可惜了 演员们的转场和角色切换就几乎在一秒之间 情绪拿捏得恰到好处 this is the stage energy
设计太好了，太巧妙了。圆形旋转舞台、冷暖灯光交替，一小群人演绎了两地许许多多的故事
它没有明讲"9.11"——但所有观众都很容易猜出这个背景。然后从一个不被大众熟知的视角——38架飞机迫降的小镇去讲这件无人不知的历史大事。

喜欢到说不出话来 又好笑又好哭 最喜欢的就是女机长那幕了
这是一部融合太多情感的剧，剧中有911大背景下每个人的焦灼与痛心，更有人与人之间相互依存取暖的温馨与感动。或许人与人之间的相互信任同协互助才是对恐怖主义最好的打击吧。
看前半个小时的时候感觉特别惊艳，后面渐渐就有些腻乏了
音乐剧真是太高尚了 节奏 情景 台词 这就是吸引人的地方
“tonight we honor what was lost，but we also commemorate what we found”
个人认为是最适合pandemic时期的一部剧，去年的时候也一直听着something's missing，毕竟疫情给我们带来的变化太多了，原本去年能在国内巡演，现在也遥遥无期。再加上官摄是在宽街重开的时候录的，台下的观众和台上的精彩演出，才更好地共同造就一部好的音乐剧，看得我真的是止不住的泪与笑。(所以真的没必要老想着拍电影版，搞个官摄出来该去剧院还是会去看的🙄)
