The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 话剧的表现形式，一定需要演员具备良好的体力，感觉说台词都特别累。
科恩重演莎翁，在多版本的《麦克白》改编中，能否排得到前列恐怕还是打个问号。但是影片在风格化和形式感上确实做得十分出彩，精美的黑白影调干净、简洁、漂亮，渐进地模糊了戏剧与电影的界限，视觉享受直接拉满。
想拍舞台剧就去拍，何必给苹果拍网大，浪费摄影。
以及，最新版麦克白夫人首镜，完全就是“该她”的毫无违和感[哇]一切天注定。
改编自莎翁名著《麦克白》，但科恩兄给它赋予了浓重的舞台话剧风，那种一个人对着空气念拗口旁白的感觉很不对我胃口。相比而言，《蜘蛛巢城》就改编得很接地气。有黑泽明这座大山在前边挡着，其他导演还是绕道行驶吧。
觉得很高大上的表演，然而不好看。。。。无论是情节还是单调枯糙的背景，当然，还是能看的。
古典悲剧的宿命捉弄借以极其冷峻和风格化的影像+声音风格被无限放大。看正片其实反而没有看trailer时那么惊喜，因为全片都是如此风格。但也太享受了，future classic.
不是很适应这种类型的电影，完全就是把话剧搬过来了而已，除了一些镜头有些惊艳意外，我还是喜欢一般电影的那种风格
在大荧幕看4:3的黑白电影，十分魔幻。全片简直像把舞台剧拍成电影，摄影很美，黑与白之间的层次感把握得好，构图出彩。然而对白基本上没听懂，文言文一样，完全没想到这么艰涩。
三星吧。我还记得第一次看《蜘蛛巢城》时的震惊。
一部份古式表達的台詞聽不懂可能要看中譯(但不想再看一次)用盡全力做的功課只是到頭來這些buff加一起不足以拯救this same old story
布景和转场非常棒抢眼 女巫的表演起鸡皮疙瘩。
极简的影像后面是乏味化，摄影很好，莎翁的对白听一次有一次新的感受。
剧情都知道，看的就是摄影美学，有几幕的光影构图真的绝了。虽然是电影，但更像在看舞台剧，也幸好没去电影院看，这种古英文没有字幕的确很难懂。
