The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 我想我喜欢single shot的电影是因为每个敢用的导演都已经是勇敢的天才了。整个世界的喜怒哀乐都被压缩在一个拥挤餐厅的周末夜晚，好像你不管怎么样紧缩身体都躲不开的碰撞
有些失望，虽然弥补了剧情，但是这个叙事和节奏比剧集还差很多
不惊悚，但紧张，一镜到底，过度自然，结尾突然，有点蒙圈
真是开1080P都拯救不了的画质啊……看的过程中，尬的感觉一直围绕着我，还好只有60分钟，再长点儿我就要关了！我还是去再刷一遍《月红篇》吧～
私心期望月红可以有一个美好的结局，但这样是不是就没有白苏了呀
补了这版，才知道苏苏是红红直接变小出来的😂还以为是个复杂过程呢😂 想去东方月初的那句“我还是我，她还算是她吗”，突然变得悲伤了。。 大体剧情跟着原版走的，也有处理不一样的地方
这基本就是套用月红篇里的剧情，然后也就加了一点东西，补充了一些情节，但感觉还是啥少，而且时长好短啊。东方月初也没这么露胸肌啊。。。感觉像暴露狂啊。。
我以为感动就停在那里了。
七夕节自己一个人在家哭得稀里哗啦还有谁……月红一直是心里的一根刺，因为里面有很多情节是割裂的，以前的系列也没有答案，这次算是好好讲了两个人的故事，怎么说，反正就是，如果你想听一听月红的故事，看《月红2》，你能感受他们的伟大和无奈，很值得一看。
画风怪怪的，剧情很乱，没有新意，而且感觉口型也对不上，希望出品方能够好好对待《狐妖小红娘》的IP。
为了一镜到底剧作不择手段，不停编写不和逻辑/常规的冲突，涉及餐饮行业的细节，一些地方对，但一些地方很错很错，为了服务戏剧冲突。但是一镜到底还是颇为成功，戏剧感满满之余电影独特的视听还是很丰满。结尾很不喜欢，人物塑造缺失灵魂感，只有面对冲突的应激反应，很遗憾。多给一颗🌟给场面调度的训练/掌控，基本还是不错，值得电影院一看。
太考验调动的一部片子，这种一镜到底的超长镜头带来的临场感很特别呀，主厨关键时刻真是不能分心，状况频出带来的紧张刺激贯穿全程，从后厨到大厅，餐厅内外各种不协调，一些个小小的失误，就能成为压垮一个人的最后一根稻草……
對一個曾在專業廚房裡工作的人來說，這部電影根本是100%的驚悚片，只有一個半小時卻分秒令人如坐針氈。從開頭煩躁壓抑到結尾，中間一度覺得反胃與難以呼吸。如果是現役廚師的話，可能不用到一半就會奪門而出了。

看见月红二字着实激动，毕竟当时看《小红娘》时最喜欢的就是月红篇。在七夕的今天看到月红“2”极致踩点。可惜不知道是不是想重现月红刚开篇时2016年的画风还是怎样，竟然能在2021看见这么复古的蒙上一层雾气的效果，也是难得。
我只想说 这个词怎么跟原来读书的对不上啊 虽然画质感人 但是狐妖党不嫌弃 所以扣1个⭐️ 东方还是一如既往的j啊 哈哈哈哈
被这对姐弟恋感动到不行……
只能给个一般分数，首先没有绘梦画质好，其次珠玉在前没办法带入了，再来你把雅雅做成个这是弄求呢！！！
