The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 回到电影，男主命运和文字的命运一样载沉载浮。从古典诗歌，到香艳八卦，再到小报广告，文字和人性一起堕落。现在回看巴尔扎克的剧本，觉得和21世纪现实那么呼应。
等到揭露大前提，就必须要面对这个创作本身的问题。不过整体上对老式西部故事的气质把控还是挺不错的。
节奏被古典配乐带得克制而柔缓，唱一剧曾经时代里小人物努力向上爬，最终被卷入湖底的悲歌。全片画面很美，不喜欢的是喋喋不休的画外音，听似辅助理解，实则总嫌抢戏跳戏。
虽然但是短评里某位，《交际花盛大衰记》是什么鬼，《交际花盛衰记》、《交际花荣枯记》甚至直译《交际花的辉煌与苦难》也行，巴尔扎克看了盛大衰记这个新名字不晓得会不会痛哭流涕。《幻灭》本来就不是个人成长型故事，巴写《幻灭》虽然有短评里所说的意图，但本意也是鞭策自己，巴明明用更多得多的篇幅去揭露新闻界、文艺界的腐化怪相，说第二部是巴黎社会生活横断面也不为过，考虑到时长问题，导演以此为侧重点无可厚非，但删掉小团体我持保留意见。ps:裸戏确实辣眼睛，我不懂有什么存在的意义。（我坚持认为《幻灭》的体量不该拍电影，66版的迷你剧就很不错
其实多兰演得不错，没有拿凯撒奖最佳男配很可惜。女配演男主老婆的有点弱。

“巴黎”不仅仅是巴黎，更是世界上任何一座令人向往的城市。如果你想要长久立足于此，认清自己的位置，远比一切都来得重要。
典型的欧洲文艺片调调，被金钱支配的人生从起步升空到幻灭的过程，比较冗长，多兰作为旁观讲述者表现一般，和男主有点点像，但肉眼可见的胖了。

没看过原著，但电影宛如一部带画面的有声小说，只听旁白就能知道故事惹。
没看过原著，记录在那个时代一个青年的沉浮，果然没有背景的人在任何时代都有炮灰感。
还不错，超出预期。就是发现Xavier Dolan的脸已经经不起大银幕特写了。
阶级跃升简直是不可能的，路西安运气已经够好了。
这个不是爱情片。让我想起《俊友》那个话外音有点无聊了。男主演的好。懵懂无知到初涉世事，然后是出人头地到纸醉金迷，到幻灭迷失，最后方能大彻大悟！
