The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 最后那个初中生?还挺意外的，本来看前面他俩对话还以为只是安藤的幻想分裂人格啥的，，
真实事件改编，节奏感非常好，全程无尿点。
可以拍，别太假。温和的其实也是虚假的，代替了愤怒者去原谅，谁有这种资格呢？
片尾令人潸然泪下的歌曲是Asimbonanga，由祖鲁语演唱的合唱和用英语演唱的诗句组成，在反对种族隔离运动中广受欢迎。（理想主义者永远一腔热忱）
改编并不出彩，剧本对于事件现场和南非社会两个尺度下种族冲突的平行刻画都很肤浅，但看得出导演和编剧在质感和节奏上，有意努力模仿同经典的题材/同类型电影，这方面《血腥星期天》是标杆。作为一部中低成本时代背景电影，视觉还是很良心的，尤其是服化道。值得一提的是，前南非军队特战军人创设的G73 Tactical Advisors战术/安保机构为该片提供了警务指挥与战术顾问、演员枪械训练、警察特技群演、警用服装/装具、警用载具（包括直升机）。
前面拍的不错，节奏拿捏到位，差点以为又是一部《热天午后》，但后面就垮下来了。
克里斯汀，司法部长之女，死于狙击。狙击手明明是派去解救她。其他两位女性，女战士的怒火街头，混血女的自我觉醒，都算有看点。

。她喜欢的是BL，而不是作为同志的我，两个人都在自欺欺人，我也在欺骗自己。神尾枫珠的颜值在这里成了阻碍，一看就是校园风云人物啊。想到之前看过的一部剧《腐女无意间跟Gay告白》，那部情感处理更好。
