The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事很老套，颜值也没有。不好看。
目中无人，心有公道。目中无人者，瞎；心有公道者，侠。网大瞎侠，小成本精品武侠，动作和台词都挺干脆，不差。
武戏精彩，文戏起承转合也是有理有据，人物无论正反角都立得住不出戏，网大里的上佳之作。
先说缺点：打戏没力道，影楼风建筑和5毛特效也感人，除了男主和宇文英其他演员们也比较素人。但是美学、台词和武侠感可以。作为一部小成本网大，单单能讲好一个故事这一点，就比近几年的国产商业电影好太多。ps:极限一换一，最后宇文英竟死得那么快，有点可惜。
倍速观看正好说明拍成一个半小时短片正好。有些场面蛮好看。
故事简洁，镜头语言不错。虽然不是武侠爱好者，但是很喜欢其中的画面。尤其是雪夜一人一马，世界黑白分明。
制作上的形式相对不足，偏向节奏感，自媒体式。
妈妈撕下了潮汕人、外省人、离婚的标签，回到爱，也收获了爱。
如果说杨导还有哪里可以完善一点的话，我希望能有一些关于男主人性闪光和人情冷暖的戏，或者尝试为成乙打造一句经典台词，比如：我看不见但我的刀能。
7分。打斗场面不错，凌厉凶狠，而且场景很富有艺术感，有点《绣春刀》的感觉，只是故事太过一般。
还原我们潮汕家庭的婚姻观念，他妈简直跟我妈一模一样
能把这么平淡这么生活化的故事，拍得这么好看，真是有惊喜！
服化道和动作戏不错，不过剧情属实简陋了一点，74分钟云上映还是聪明的。
制片人居然是魏君子，他理论水平强，但实际编剧或者制片、策划的电影就没有一部及格的。

被评论里有说像《东邪西毒》忽悠来……唉！这评论是男主写的吗？瞎吗！？和《东邪西毒》差着100个《黑猫警长》……好不！！！
“我昨天也想了这个问题。” 我：“真的吗？“，而心里的答案是“我也想”。
很简单的一部电影，没有什么剧情，也基本没讲什么东西。但是看得我好感动，眼泪哗啦哗啦的。可能是“妈妈”太过自然太过真实了
三星半，谢苗人设不错，但部分日式服化道太恶心了。
