The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 当捉鬼敢死队遇上怪奇物语，情怀拍的并不有趣。
幽灵化的祖父、实在缺失的父亲、无法给予认同的母亲，可以说片中菲比对其祖父的追寻，正是对那一缺失的“父亲形象”的追寻，而导演也正是通过这样，影片的内与外的链接，既怀旧(影片本身)与祖父(“父亲形象”)的链接，而建构与唤起那一传统价值观念中，人们对于想象、全能的“父亲形象”的认同的。
重拍经典的问题就是，现在看起来实在是太老套了，毫无想象力
喜剧，蛮多地方让我笑了，不是讽刺那种，是真的会心一笑，很幽默，演员也演得很自然。但到了后面就显得越来越夸张，整个画风一百八十度改变，还有很多感觉不必要的设计，但如果连这些设计都没有，就更加没有看点了。整体来说，就是一部纯致敬的电影。

场面惊喜，整体紧凑，场面紧张，刺激，动作戏非常好。而且，对战争的拍摄我觉得比较专业。从枪弹、到阵型，挺讲究的。
美军基地连重武器都没有？被轻易攻破，太假。唧唧歪歪太多，到结尾还在菜鸡互啄。弱智美女过早领了便当，还想多看两眼。
剧情很糟糕，四星给一镜到底和动作戏，这类一个人干掉一个营还能最后和大BOSS肉搏不能琢磨，不然一星也不想给
