The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 2.11 喜劇和正劇反覆橫跳。拉斯普京的转圈圈值得多加一星吧。第一次见到这么奶凶的古古子，像只怪叫吉娃娃。
阵容、拍摄、表演、节奏其实都很不错，但是看完总体感觉差点意思，导演显然是想把一个常规犯罪故事拍得脱俗一点、内涵丰富一点、文艺一点，但是效果显然没有达到。
近2年好莱坞难得制作的有特点动作片，剧本聪明，封闭空间内的剧情发展就得有这个设计才好看。再加上几个主角配角都很出彩，令人愉快的电影，应该多拍些这类片子，怎么才6条影评，回头我来写一篇
【C－】牛啊牛啊，昆汀是以戏谑历史来幽默，马修则是实力用“戏谑历史”这件事来把我看笑了，元历史电影了属于是。不过仍然超出预期一点，至少还有一段能回到第一部水准的动作戏。
应该是这个导演和交叉骨再次合作，巴特勒只是参演反派，不知道是不是巴特勒的公司投的，所以就别叫陷落了，这个导演以前作品节奏和枪战都挺好的，但这次太磨叽了，我理解导演想法，想用夸张人物角色和结尾反转撑起电影，而不是拍个快节奏枪战片，可惜没有做到，无聊对话实在是太多，不就是大战警局嘛，有啥好墨迹的，枪战场面也不咋地，勉强及格
温莎王朝的“光荣孤立”与“大陆均势”政策是维护世界和平的圣骑士暗金套装；这厮竟然是一部正能量的反战电影（喜剧片来得），正义之友英联邦与米迦勒军团长板载......家仆网络当可与暗网系统联袂地球暗黑地下帝国之倚天屠龙。

听说有彩蛋，有人猜是二战，那列老这唯一的镜头，将是引出第四部的点睛之笔。邪恶右派势力的崛起。蛤蛤
剧本就像烂梗说明书，敢这么瞎编珍素big胆，最帅的王男还给写死了。
为什么评分这么低，我觉得完全可以7分以上啊
逻辑清晰，情节推进顺畅，很好的西部特色爽爆片，新手女警的机智和忠诚、疯子杀手的癫狂手狠、警察系统的黑暗，共同构成了整个片子的逻辑，很爽
骗子进了警察局，杀手卧底警察，坏警察，好杀手一起你死我活
警察局封闭空间几个高手的对决，枪战戏非常精彩，交叉骨换发型一下没认出来
各种乱战，混射。不值得用心去看，有一搭无一搭随便看看即可。
骗子，杀手，黑警，疯子，好久没看到这种犬牙交错黑吃黑的爽片了，不过这种爽是建立在整体行业内卷标准随之降低的当下大背景上的，也无法要求太多了，再，有些黑色喜点真的可以
不用太考虑剧情，这是一部很酷的片子，黑人女主表演亮眼。
这种系列片最怕的就是为系列而系列，因为第一部大卖就开始拍续集，最后的收场一般都不太妙……这部就很枯燥了，为了传奇而传奇，各种瞎编……刺杀妖僧拉斯普京的那段打斗是本片唯一亮点……
