The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 聲音和音樂營造出足夠迷人和有效的氣氛與情緒可以讓弱情節的藝術電影有更寬闊的更多維度的思考與想象空間。
睡了醒，醒了睡，说不清是我太累了还是这片真的蛮无聊的，鱼眼镜头的监狱片段视觉上很有意思，每次赢牌就要喊USA的那群人好讽刺。
6.0/10，男主气质演得很好，是个有关平凡couple的言情故事，挺有趣的，虽然有些生硬，但这种电影只要不搞砸就足够了，男主人设真的很小说，救命。

在凝炼的整体之下，以与人物目光拥有较多对视时刻的方式逐渐建构起独属于我们与主角的空间。对比文本溢出的前作明显话少的情境才能赢得观众更多的共情，不再是灌输的而是由衷的，这样的情感产生也是余味最悠长的。Tell极少坦露过内心，但在事件渐进下他的脸庞早已言说完关于过去的一切，Robert Levon Been的原声则包含了为过去愁闷的所有情绪。
