SARS背景下的一个家庭故事…比较细腻的日常，虽然平淡但也有动人的点。
影片很淡，生活里琐碎的事、家人间相处的难。好像我们都是这样长大的，即便是一家人，每个人都各自在生活里拥有课题，回到家里碰撞在一起。芳仪说「我只是觉得妈妈可以做得更好一些。」思婷反问道「万一这已经是她的“最好”了呢？」很多细节是很生活化的，在不同的年代和语境下都会碰触得到。不煽情、不夸张、不窥探，有留白、有温柔、也有感动。
伤害了父母却不自知。学会了说话，却没有学会爱。
林嘉欣好会演。小演员非常赞。但是有几场戏处理得不好，最遗憾的几场是在小女儿入院隔离到被通知只是普通肺炎这期间的故事，这部分是整部电影的高潮，也是解决家庭矛盾的关键所在，可惜的是故事的表现力很弱，形式也很单一，没有足够烘托出煎熬的气氛。如果能够将Sars这一线索强化，会把情绪堆叠得更好。
3.5 冲突有些刻意，和解有些突兀，可以领会到导演想要表达的意思，但是故事讲得有点浅，不过选择了03年这个时间点简直是“作弊”，太多的回忆杀，代入感太强了。
题材不错，执行不行。剧本和剪辑都存在很大问题，人物的情绪线断裂，节奏僵硬。有几场戏挺灵的，演技也不错，但拼不成一个整体。
很真实，所以很入心。亲密关系是最难的，因为大家都take it for granted，也觉得可以太过随意。
跟瀑布有点撞主题，但是更细腻真实，母女表演也很棒，Sars那个时间点现在都成了怀旧。
里面描写的20年前台湾学校教育和家庭教育的氛围，像极了现在中国大陆的样子，老师体罚学生，家长打骂小孩，成绩差的学生受排挤，言语霸凌的严重性被忽视。
生长于斯的故乡风物，被重洋彼岸置换；血肉纠葛的家庭情感，被疏离叛逆冻僵。暖心的瞬间不过是疼痛间歇的休克期，两种文化的夹缝里尽是他乡之客。控制与逃避，倾诉与恐惧，说到底还是孤独，还有事与愿违的不甘与奢望。温吞如水，遗憾怅惘，安不下欲望，到不了远方。
高开低走。。。后半真的看得人压力很大，冲突来得太突然又和解得太突然。。
文化冲突，家庭冲突，错位的爱意。爱和恨是一体两面。
试图表达很多，但想表达的又都被蜻蜓点水一般的就带过去了。
以為是文化衝突，原來是母女衝突，片中的學校太讓人壓抑，東亞的教育環境真的摧殘人。小演員不錯。
生孩子真的不一定会幸福，家庭的表象如墙上的企鹅家族一样紧密，实质却必须让每个人都各得其所才有延续的可能，而在以不稳定为主要特征的现代社会中，这种期望又经常会落空。
那如果這已經是她的最好了呢？
完全跟这个小朋友共情了咋回事🤣 以及林嘉欣好美啊依然！
从一个国家到另一个国家，从一种文化到另一种文化，从不理解到逐渐理解，从hate到love。喜欢女孩和马的设定。新冠后遗症，原来电影里是SARS。相比来说，更喜欢林嘉欣演绎的母亲
文化环境剧变带来的不适和切断，面对疾病和死亡的恐惧不安下家庭内部的dynamics和tension，都刻画得非常好。这种好不是那种像平齐波波头般工整对照的好，而是靠动人细节像碎一点的发尾一样，带着干净清爽的随意、点到为止的好。
故事在完整看下来还是不错，特别是有几场戏十分感染人，爸爸妈妈和大女儿争吵冲突是戏肉！演员的表演比故事的呈现要好很多，会是看演员演绎看爽的作品。
