The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 好看與否已是其次，庵野秀明這一筆總算叫眾人放下。最後的福音戰士，象徵一個時代的終結。
前半段强于后半段，终究没有前几部剧场版优秀。从二维到CG再到实景拍摄，次元壁的触角侵入现实，叩响共鸣之门。所有人都是自己的囚徒，障碍从来不是别人设置的，而是自己在不断竖立，放过自己，也是成全自己，不想后悔，就不要松手，执念是对的，同时也是原罪。虽然不是满意的结局，但还是再见了所有的EVA。

不必抬高期望，本来就是去年华纳为了给HBO Max造势才计划制作的，虽然推迟了一年但也还是匆忙潦草。幕后主创回忆的选角花絮大多都是12年纪录片的重复，加塞了一些乱七八糟的人，环节也很流水，甚至不如Will and Grace大选特辑来得有诚意。确实很想吐槽，但是你看着这些熟悉又老去的面孔，重聚在一起，说着那些大家烂熟于心的台词，欢笑落泪，又觉得什么都能原谅了。回到S1E1，Monica或许早就预言了这次reunion，“It sucks and you’re gonna love it.”致最后一次重聚。
《Friends》很好，但这个重聚毫无意思，弃。
主持好坏不重要，嘉宾有谁不在乎，时长长短无所谓……只要六个人/主创/卡司能再次回来曾经的地方 就足够了啊朋友们！！！！😭😭😭😭

比起再拍一集剧情，这种回顾方式不会破坏我们对原剧的印象，而且让RR粉多年的念想成真，真是意外之喜。而要在电视上揭露这个埋藏近20年的秘密，难怪当时片酬谈不拢了……

没有人觉得庵野秀明长得像郭帆吗？科幻导演的标配脸。
当年老友记是第一部让我窥见美国人民理想生活状态的剧，没有反恐，没有外星人，只有“seven seven seven”，深深影响了我的英语听力和人生观。对于深度粉来说，这部重聚版情绪充沛、喂料又硬又足，回顾的线索设计属于顶级水平。有人说没请到真正的客串大咖，请来干啥呢？粉丝不是来看大咖的，是看老友的。不过大部分中国观众大概都是用很短时间连续看完老友记十季的，这和真正用十年演剧、追剧的人不一样，其实不用用情太深，这重聚版都是表演。看看小钱钱状态就懂了。
越长大，life sucks的一面就越是暴露无遗。能让人在摸爬滚打之余还相信you're gonna love it，那就是Friends的力量了啊。Grateful that someone was there for you. From now on, you can be that someone too.

第一次完整的看EVA是在高中的某个夜晚，十几年过去了，新EVA已经完完全全变成了一部陌生的作品，但观众又何尝没有改变呢。さよなら、全てのエヴァンゲリオン
