The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 好家伙，一棍子打了俩，警察的暴力拷问，印度的种姓问题，没有大比例的歌舞和音乐，把一个法律片拍出了悬疑片的即视感，叙事结构好评，但律师在法官面前还是过于理想化，整体太过顺利了一些，出场时像极了超级英雄。果然，只有共产主义才能拯救全世界
拍摄手法一般，甚至很老套，难得的是这样的题材，而且还是在印度，再过10年中国也未必拍得出这种题材的电影。
不行，各种尖叫得头疼。走向很明确的电影，真实的事件却把人物拍得那么纸片那么假。

穿过层层乌云，终究看见一丝希望の曙光杰伊·比姆，值得被永远铭记的一个名字！
确实电影节奏一般，重要的是题材。看到最后部分，心潮澎湃。“我可能会输，但不会放弃抗争”，令人动容。
“尊重一个人的才能取决于他们使用它的目的”
电影本身拍摄手法一般，胜在真实事件改编&社会意义（种姓、阶级、贫富、金钱、权力），演技也不错。

不得不说越来越多的印度电影和电视剧出现在我们的视角里了，有些电影真的值得我们导演和编剧学习。
印度电影老生常谈了，也不是第一次直面国情制度等等，未来还是期待更多年轻化视听语言的印度电影吧。
印度这个国度真是神奇！你能在那里发现最现代最奢靡与最原始最卑贱的生活共存！而他们的电影也在朝着多元化深层次不断发展！

整个故事比较套路化，有点工业流水线产品的味道，但是为不公抗争的故事永远值得歌颂
当印度电影严肃起来，拍出了今年最佳法律题影片，竟然还是真实事件改编。
