The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. People joke that there are only 40 plus actors/actresses in Britain and you see them everywhere. This movie makes me think that the joke is actually telling the truth. Good to see the familiar faces. I like this movie.

7.1。个人向的电影，喜剧，漫画感，只适合日本，不是辣妹是宝贝，女仆店的戏不错，没有武指，特效弱。

无聊又尴尬，为了不浪费钱还是看完了。心情不好的时候，看日剧真是一种折磨，看日本人的那种嘴碎和说话频率，就很烦躁。

7分。二战期间盟军静心策划的骗局。英国情报机构通过一个看起来有很多漏洞的，不太容易让人相信的天马行空的骗局，打算让德军放松对西西里的防守。本来不被好看的行动，最后成为唯一的指望，直到盟军成功登陆了西西里岛才知道计划成功了。一开始以为重头戏是如何设局，其实设局后如何让鱼上钩更精彩，特别是鱼一开始没有咬钩，如何让鱼自觉自愿再次咬钩这段还是很吸引人的。最后自己暴露的酒保特工的立场让人无法猜透，那段拍得很刺激。感情戏挺多余的，而且拍得不好。整体尚可。
各种反差萌，两个女杀手像是还没出道的偶像练习生。动作设计很精彩，甚至有段难得一见的枪斗术。
很努力地变换剪辑方式让主线不至太沉闷。紧张搞谍战之中穿插精神出轨、三角恋还有其他乌七八糟的元素干啥？啊就当调剂得了…伊恩弗莱明相关的彩蛋是亮点
要是沒有Colin我也沒法堅持看完的，整個行動的戲劇性沒有塑造得很強，最後的高潮也僅僅是交代戰果，平鋪直敘了全片。

工整又古板的老式剧情片，各方面正确的有些无聊。连演员的表演空间都被压缩的所剩无几。
好演员，架不住乱搞的导演，怪不得评分这么低。镜头也很有英国二战片内味儿，但根本比不过TTSS，图灵的机器和丘吉尔的烟，这个三角恋加的真的大败笔。导演想拍的是战争中的人性而不是真正二战谍战片的意图表现的很明确了，给每个主要人物都加了十分复杂的个性设计和情感纠葛，但让剧情被冲的太散了。还有007作者弗莱明和007原型双面间谍波波夫的梗。是可以看来消磨时间，但看完会有很多吐槽的一部电影。而且行动的成功真的在德国情报官是反纳粹人士故意给希特勒假情报？？？真的吗？？？我想看下行动主导人物写的人物传记了，这个太扯淡了
看到一半意识到这是两代达西先生同框。西班牙那段太逗了。感情戏可以砍掉。
