The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 看了一半弃了，不是太喜欢这样的音乐剧，音乐不动人故事也平淡，不值8.3分，不如爆裂鼓手
一个烂俗的故事线配上了不伦不类的迪士尼音乐和尬舞：（

而现实里龙套很多，主角只有一两个。
林-曼努尔·米兰达的过人之处在于，他能以完全电影化的手段去拍摄他挚爱的音乐剧领域，视听技巧和情感表达都完全不像一位新电影导演，很是纯熟。而叙事中对90年代同性群体和艾滋病恐慌的处理，看似蜻蜓点水，却有着发自心底的关注与重视。当然，剧本编排若能更脱离学院派，更放飞自我，一定会更好。安德鲁·加菲尔德、罗宾·德·齐泽斯的表演完成度不俗。
Fear or Love…
明明是个与创作者本人无关的故事，却莫名透露着浓烈的自恋味，纯属剧院玩家自娱自乐自我感动。最重要的是，能不能先学会电影剪辑和调度再来染指歌舞片……？今年颁奖季电影的质量简直太恐怖了。
不知道是不是我预期太高了，外加不了解原型人物&原作的原因，我没怎么看明白。
好久没看这么纯粹的歌舞片了。哭了。。加菲太有才华了，LMM也完全不像一个新手电影导演
加菲总是让我想到Angels in America 虽然musical可能真的不是我的genre 但还是很感人很燃
很多歌曲都颇能引起我的共鸣。
他英年早逝，并且他成功了，不然还是“往长远看”好一些吧，毕竟这种在做好年华绽放出最灿烂烟花的人，只属于那几百万分之一
但也说了凡事尽力而为
乔纳森也是幸运的，有流星划过夜空的绚烂。
这音乐根本听不下去，歌词肤浅，都是生活场景的白描和零碎拼贴，故事也矫情、无聊，男主跟跳蚤似的一直跳来跳去。三十岁生日怎么样呢？三十岁之前是为了那一天活的吗？无语，太自我中心了，主要还是这快餐歌曲太难听、太套路，毫无营养，难以共鸣。更不懂的是，居然一片好评？
艺术家的半自传式音乐剧，节奏与嵌套的结构挺有趣，连对音乐不很敏感的我都不觉得很闷。
最后有点感人，加菲老了但露出脆弱一面的时候还是像小朋友
