The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 虽然是故事比较简单，场景也比较单调的一部西部片，但拍的还不错。这个年老单薄的农夫就是江湖传说的比利小子，在关键时刻拔枪射击，以一当十干脆利落。情节最后的反转也让他失去了生命，救了不该救的人，双方原来都不是好人。最后，本不甘于平淡的小儿子也持枪跨马，走出小屋，融入了西部苍茫的天地。

戏说传奇人物，但没有拍出特别的传奇味来，差了那么点意思。
归隐枪手露峥嵘，神目如电辨恶善。
故事简单，纯正西部味。乒乒乓乓一阵射…全片很爷们，没见一个娘们！
七分，天才牛仔退隐江湖与世无争善心萌动卷入恩怨阴沟翻船。
当然还是🉑看的，不烂也不精彩就是了！

开篇像西部广袤风光的静美油画，陡转后变血暴枪战……从颜值推断：去世的孩子妈应该是超级大美女，间接证明老亨利年轻时有多么传奇。
这实在是一部为老西部片迷献上的电影，无论是压力层层累积直至结尾集中爆发的经典结构，还是中正大气的影像呈现和纯男角的人物组合，都可自然勾连进过往的西部片记忆，而且其为核心情节设置的障眼法，更是瞄准西部片迷的某种自负和盲点，反转效果加倍。剧本主线陈旧但扎实，反转以及反转之后的人物最终落点，则为整个故事引出了属于自己的光彩，传奇终逝，但流淌在血液中的野性和坚韧自会顽强延续。蒂姆·布雷克·尼尔森的演绎很不错挺加分。

对西部的粗粝生活还原的很好，给了西部传奇人物一个归隐侠客式的结局，只是故事太过简单了
简单粗暴的绝世神枪手，就喜欢这样的比利小子。
看到正统西部片的惊喜和结局这个心里难过的反差真的好大！
