The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 好好看。很温馨，剧情、人物、场景真的都编排得太好了。我从二十分钟开始就一直处于要哭不哭的状态，但笑点很好地中和了情绪。
在如今全球lockdown的时期，“No man is an island"的颂歌显得尤为可贵。这也是我看过了布景、角色、场景转换最有创意的一部音乐剧了，虽然一人分饰好几角，但是个个都人设分明，没有一丝混乱。里面的不同种族、宗教信仰、性别和国籍的陌生人的碰撞和交往都是理想社会中才能达到的和谐。看到最后音乐剧中原型的人和演员一一合影的时候，一边哭一边觉得：哇，原来世界可以这么美好啊。
