The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 难得的小品演员跨界电影勉强可以看的，没有太多恶俗的搞笑，搞笑不算太做作，中间夹杂一些温情，挺好

网络电影时代、电视喜剧节目井喷式增长时代，搞得现在全是网络梗造作品。烧烤之王也难以避免，但还是很看见崔很认真地想做好电影用的力，只是这力不行 也不知道打哪儿。如果这是一部烧烤店宣传片的话，那绝好，可是问题来了，烧烤这种美食，还需要别人宣传吗？
还是有点笑料包袱的，就是故事情节太扁平化了，没有啥高潮起伏，平铺直叙不温不火的，当加长版小品看及格是有的了。

拍小品的去拍电影很大程度会成为灾难，如果拍电影的过程中还谋求向相声方面的转型，就会像本片一样把包袱也给忘了。
