The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这样外景的电影能拍出来就已经是成功了，剧情不重要，本来就是个有惊无险的史实，就是可怜了那群狗。

看了半天觉得剧情好眼熟 结果一看还真是gay版傲慢与偏见 整体还口以 男主如果再好看点就完美了 不过这也是典型亚裔长相了 我也好想去海边and party哦 撒子时候才能去泰国

电影的后半部分男主们被困在了小屋里，变成了全部是心理戏份，节奏慢了太多，不喜欢这个题材的看不下去，不过影片是改编自真实事件，这些事情在历史上是真实发生的，对于这些历史人物属实敬佩，在那个年代对未知领域的探索一直不停歇甚至付出自己的生命......
氛围挺轻松的，可以当个下饭剧，BGM选歌真的很符合通讯录的sense了。

对资本主义世界最前沿gay culture的呈现可圈可点。明显看到是企图通过小岛纵情在充满各种歧视壁垒的现实之外营造一方桃源，难免又落入高水平毒鸡汤之嫌
虽然主演是俩asian，但是这片子在提升gay asian的visibility和打破偏见上，我只想说not helping
