The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事主要传达爱、善意和理解。演员之间配合地很好，同一拨演员分饰两个不同地域的人，期间的角色转换一点不突兀，甚至在最后能很好地融合在一起，实在厉害。舞台灯光主要就是冷暖色相的变化，但是样式很丰富。音乐契合故事的发展脉络，最后单纯只有乐队的呈现也是个很好的结尾方式。
形式惊人，转场等各种充满想象力。分扣在歌曲并没有特别抓耳。

天空比北极更为黑暗
一群高矮胖瘦、黑、白、有色，看上去就是日常中极其普通的中老年人，在舞台上又唱又跳整出一台戏，突然想起在自家小区楼下，看跳广场舞的大爷大妈们。感觉哪里怪怪的……
Something is missing but I'm here. 前半段航班人员被困的经历，在当前疫情封闭管控的魔幻现实面前显得微不足道。但后半段确实鼓舞人心，重要的是在经历这一切后我仍在这，在困境中寻找快乐，宛若重生。
基于二十年前改变世界的真实事件，十年前的百老汇作品，官摄在今天这样的时期放出，站在全世界最偏僻的一个角落，呼唤人与人之间的守护和善意，再没有更合适的时机了。
整体很出色。
簡單來說就是 911大背景下的微觀群像，除了歌頌團結之類的普遍道德之外也不吝著墨於racist gender之類的沖突，其實是挺典的美式主旋律不過真誠得足夠打動人心😭好想去甘德看看
太感人了，一把鼻涕一把泪，看的是b站的音乐剧版本，有朝一日百老汇看现场！真善美的故事好棒啊哈哈哈☆(￣▽￣)/
挺感动的。在现有体量和形式下做得够好了…（音乐剧本身就很难把内容做得特别深）这个戏本身也像911事件中的甘德一样提供了近乎乌托邦式的美好、友善、温暖。对于戏剧应该如何改编真实事件，和当下产生互动还蛮有启发的。
艺术来源于生活，真实的生活真实的故事最为动人。
或许是我笑点低，一直哈哈哈地笑。确实很有趣
911之后真正反思外交政策的有作品吗？只有这些逃避大问题，满足点温情的东西吗？
这真的是我看过现场调度最牛逼的剧了。
