The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很一般。大概是导演个人回忆一部分（成长的地方）。芭蕾舞太虚幻，小地方还不如地方戏种为载体。
事实上电影本身就是文艺片，没有《烈日灼心》那种窒息感。
黑了一把政府的味道，新人的表现很在线，印象中日本黑片都是靠老人撑起气场的。结尾看到狼那段没明白意思
扣一分是应该请个好点的动作导演，正邪两只孤狼，互相缠斗
作为一个只拍过两部电影导演，已算控制得还可以了，虽然滤镜把画面压得有点暗，效果好的画面又残留CG感
台词有点矫情啊，警察队长有点二哈啊，一个小县城的摄影师犯案之后还能平安无事那么多年？别为了悬疑而悬疑…
