The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 特殊时期来看这种民间自发互助还是挺感动的。临结尾的创伤后遗以及十年后的生活还得继续，只愿不要歧视和平共处吧！
很好的音乐剧，但这是一个音乐剧的录像带，而不是电影。
编排完美，歌舞和这种题材太搭了，让人激情昂扬。只有在困境中才能看出一个地方的素质，是否能考虑到尽可能多的情况，关心少数群体，保护动物，人们互相帮助载歌载舞，这才是人性的闪光之处。女机长的独唱更是激励人心。
几年前在某站看过字幕组版本，官摄版本的力量感又上一层，我全程感慨“有音乐剧真好”。疫情时代，这样守望相助的故事就显得更加珍贵。非常喜欢。「Be anxious for nothing. 应当一无挂虑。」
在911二十周年之际、疫情之后的今天看这次官摄比第一次旁观者的视角更能感同身受。第一首歌开始就想哭，焦虑、无助恐惧和不安到被治愈，全程跟唱的Me and the Sky，还是好喜欢CFA。遗憾2020年因为疫情没办法成行的巡演，still “honor what was lost，but we also commemorate what we found”。
足够美式的审美和价值观，不足之处是有些地方实在煽情过度，但不得不承认起码在当下我很喜欢——今日朝鲜新增1.8万发热病例，特此标记——因为无数次深入绝境，才积蓄了更多的爱意和希望

整片励志感人。虽是舞台表演。但故事讲述非常清楚。可以想象很多画面。
印象最深的是，有人问起飞机为什么要停在这里，因为可以这里人口最少。

优秀音乐剧有巨大的能量！极简场景中的演员调度和一秒转场神到我了，一路O嘴惊叹。
所以是这个音乐剧即将被改编成电影吗？音乐剧我不太会欣赏啦，期待下电影
头一天看了一部本土爱国主义舞台剧，然后这么一对比……好的更好了，差的就不说了。基本上就是我们和世界的差距吧。
形式惊人，转场等各种充满想象力。分扣在歌曲并没有特别抓耳。

这个视角说911的相关故事太棒了，持续性地感慨且感动。
如果只歌颂牺牲、付出和伟大，不歌颂个体、爱和自由，人的意义又在哪里得到区分。
